职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for training, recruiting and people development functional job, including needs collection, analysis and implementation etc.
2.Ability run end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing and maintain the HR system
3.Follow up with line managers for performance management program implementation.
4.Collect data and prepare HR reports and analysis on a monthly basis.
5.Conduct exit talk for leaving staff and analyze and generate turnover reports to give improvement proposals.
6.Fulfill other related tasks or projects assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree, better with major in human resources management.
2.At least 2 years of hands-on experience as HR assistant or expertise in at least two HR modules.
3.Be familiar with related labor law and regulation.
4.Outgoing, proactive, able to work under pressure.
5.Fluency of English.
6.Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
